    竹叶活性成分分析及其提取物抗菌效果

    [摘 要] 对不同种竹叶样品分别用硝酸铝一亚硝酸钠比色法,福林试剂还原比色法测定了总黄酮和总酚含量;用蒽酮一硫酸法测定了
    总糖及水溶性糖成份的含量;用凯氏定氮法测定了含氮量和蛋白质含量.结果表明:不同竹叶中总黄酮含量在1.18 ~2.O2%之间,总
    酚含量在2.2l ~2.86 之间;总糖含量在l4.35 ~24.6l 之间.水溶性糖含量在7.86 ~l1.45 之间.多糖6.49 ~l4.55%之
    间;蛋白质含量在l0.24%~l6.68 之间.含氮量在2.13%~2.65 之间.采用滤纸片法进行r抗菌试验.结果表明:不同竹种及不同
    生长期的竹叶抗菌活性不同.麻竹叶的抗菌活性强于其他竹叶.7月和l1月中旬采摘的竹叶乙醇提取液的抗菌活性较好.

    the Anti—microbial Effect of Their Extracts

    Abstract:Using different kinds of bamboo leaves and by way of aluminum nit rate—sodium nitrite colorimet ry and Forint reagent
    deoxidization colorimetry.the contents of total flavonoid and total hydr()xybenzene were measured.They are respectively 1.18 ~
    2.02 and 2.2l ~2.86 .The contenls of total sugar.water—soluble sugars and muhi-sugar.measured by anthranooe—sulphuric
    acid method.are respectively l4.35 ~24.6l%-7.86%~l1.45 and 6.49 ~1 1.55 0/,.The nitrogen content and protein content
    measured by Kjeldahl method are respectively 2.13 ~2.65%and l0.2 4 ~16.68 Anti—microbial test results by filter paper
    method show that the anti microbial activitY of different bamboo leaves and that of tile same organ grown in different periods are quite
    different;that the anti microbial activity of Sinrx alamus latiJlo, " Mcclu re leaves is better than that of other leaves;and that bamboo
    leaves gathered in the second part of July and November have better anti microbial activity than those in other months.
