Field in a Telecom Power Supply

摘要:開關電源主電路產生的強雜散電磁場會耦合到EMI濾波器上,會降低濾波器
的衰減性能,導致電源傳導干擾發射異常。本文提出“引線移位”調試方法,來迅
速辨識電源中主要的磁場源和敏感體。考察了通訊電源輸出濾波電感雜散磁場的特
性和電源EMI濾波器共模電感的磁場敏感性,建立了反映磁場耦合效應的開關電源
差模傳導干擾基本模型模型。根據磁耦合機理,提出了幾種改善電源的差模干擾發
射的措施,並進行了驗證。

Abstract: The attenuation characteristic of on board EMI filter may be deteriorated
greatly by the stray magnetic field produced by main circuit of switched mode power
supply. In this paper, a novel debug method is proposed and validated, which is suit for
the diagnosis of magnetic field sources and sensitive object. The magnetic coupling effect
between an inductor in main circuit and an EMI common mode inductor is studied by
experiments and analysis. The stray magnetic field distribution characteristic of the
DC/DC inductor and the sensitivity of common mode inductor are analyzed in detail. A
basic EMI model of this PFC converter is built up, which includes the magnetic coupling
