TIME MANAGEMENT
Contact us early! We can usually mail out materials from Foley Library within a few days of your request, but interlibrary loans can take weeks! Articles are delivered electronically and usually take 2-5 days. At peak times of the semester, response time may be longer due to the high volume of requests we receive. If possible limit your ILLiad requests to 10-15 per week Canadian students! Mailing books to Canada takes extra time, although some GU professors may be willing to deliver/return books. You will need to make those arrangements and notify us.

LOGGING IN Access to our article databases is limited to current GU students, so you will need to log in. Your username and password should be the same as your login to ZagMail or Blackboard. If you are uncertain of your user name or have been unable to connect successfully, contact the Computer Help Desk 509-313-5550 / 800-498-5941 (ask for Helpdesk) or: helpdesk@gonzaga.edu ZAGMAIL Every student has a Gonzaga e-mail account that can easily handle large files. You can check your Zagmail account at: https://zagmail.gonzaga.edu/

REFWORKS
RefWorks is provided to all Gonzaga students
through the Foley Library. RefWorks is a webbased tool that allows you to create your own database of references by importing references directly from online databases and other sources. You can use your references when writing papers and BEST OF ALL, RefWorks will automatically format your paper and the bibliography in seconds using whatever style (APA, MLA, etc.) your professor requires! The link to RefWorks is on the left side of the Foley Library homepage. From off-campus you will need to use this group code to access Gonzaga's subscription to RefWorks: rwgonzagau Create an account and you're ready to go! There are online tutorials available.
