早产儿及低出生体重儿喂养方法探讨

摘要:[目的]寻求一种有利于早产儿
及低出生体重儿喂养方法,解决管饲
喂养的不足.[方法]观察组采用经口
喂养法,对照组应用管饲方法,观察两
组患儿胃肠功能,并发症发生及体重
增长情况.[结果]观察组患儿发生腹
胀,呕吐者明显减少(P< 0. 05),黄疸
持续时间,吸吮动作出现时间及住院
时间较对照组明显缩短(P 0. 05).[结论]经口喂养法经济
方便,并且可缩短住院时间,减少并发
症.
关键词:早产儿;低出生体重儿;喂养

Abstract Objective : To find out aproper way to feedpremat ure and low
birt h weight infant s so as to compensate t he insufficiency of nasal t ube feeding.
Met hod : Infant s of testgroup were fed via mout h. Infant s of cont rolgroup
were offered nasal t ube feeding. Thengast rointestinal f unction , occurrence of
complications , and weight increment of all infant s were observed. Result : In2
fant s of testgroup had less of abdominal distention and vomiting t han cont rol
group had(P< 0. 05). In terms ofjaundicepersistent time , time of sucking
action appearance , and average hospitalization time , infant s of testgroup were
remarkably shorter t han t hat of cont rolgroup(P
0. 05). Conclusion : Feeding by mout h is economic and easy. It can shorten
hospital stay and reduce complications ofpremat ure and low birt h weight in2
fant s.

新生儿科医疗技术的迅猛发展使早
产儿及低体重儿的存活率显著提高,其
中营养条件的改善起着重要作用.关于
喂养方法护理界同行提出了不少新的方
法,但各有利弊.笔者将我院2003年9
月—2004年9月收治的早产儿及低出
生体重儿70例随机分组观察,经口简易
喂养成功过渡至母乳喂养.现介绍如下.
