本授权库务署署长由 年 月份 从本的退休金*开始/*更改/*停止每月扣减 元用作购买储税券(数额最少是 300 元及为 50 元的倍数).(请参阅背页备注 4) I authorize DAS to *commence / *change / *cease deduction from my pension at a sum of $ (at a minimum of $300 and in multiples of $50) each month for the purchase of Tax Reserve Certificate (TRC) with effect from the month of / (month/year). (See note 4 overleaf). 本承认,除退还任何多扣款项外,香港特别行政区政府并无责任补偿或赔偿因扣减出错而引致的任何 其他损失. I acknowledge that the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall not be liable, except to repay any amount over-deducted, to pay compensation or damages for any other losses arising out of an error in any deduction.

本同意储税券以无票据形式存放在税务局局长的帐户. I agree to have the TRCs maintained in scripless form in an account held with Commissioner of Inland Revenue (CIR). 本授权税务局局长以他认为适当的方式,赎回本帐户内所余无票据储税 ,以清缴本任何薪俸税缴税通 知书所述税项.本知道:- I authorize CIR to redeem the scripless TRCs remained in my account for settlement of any of my Salaries Tax demand notes in the manner he sees fit, I understand that :. 储税券将以先购先赎方式根据《储税券(第 4 系)规则》赎回; The TRCs will be selected for redemption on a first-in-first-out basis, and the redemption is to be carried out in accordance with Tax Reserve Certificates (Fourth Series) Rules; 任何未被充分利用的利息,将作无票据储税券再注入同帐户;及 Any interest accrued and not fully utilized shall be reinvested in scripless TRC under the same account; and 仍未赎回的储税券将结转入帐户内. Any TRCs not redeemed are to be carried forward in the account.
